5. Shipping & Delivery

Phoenix Flames Co ships to the addresses provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.

 

6. Returns & Refunds

Eligible Returns

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or clearance items marked as final sale.
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
• Gift cards.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
